Ulrikke Asbøll has more than 15 years of domestic and international experience, offering legal and strategic Intellectual Property (IP) advice to global corporations and SMEs, as well as services to IP Inhouse Counsels.
Her extensive IP experience covers a broad range of IP services from the IP lifecycle. Identifying and managing IP assets. Building and managing large IP-portfolios (patent, trademark and design). IP in Due Diligence and M&A, Contribution to the sale of Norway’s first unicorn. IP preparations for IPO’s. Oppositions in EPO. Cross boarder litigation. IP strategy and Freedom to Operate. IP awareness sessions, such as, how to identify and being in control of a company’s trade secrets. IP clauses in contracts.
Her work typically involves complex interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination, and she always endeavors to find the most advantageous solution for the client.
From earlier IP practice, Ulrikke was a Senior Legal Advisor for NIPO (Norwegian Industrial Property Office) and met regularly as Norway’s representative in WIPO’s PCT Working Group and for the EPO.
