Sofie is the HR Manager in Onsagers and is responsible for all operational HR, as well as strategic HR in collaboration with CEO.

Sofie has a degree in economics from Vestfold University College and Oslo and Akershus University College, and specialized in strategic HR. She wrote a master’s thesis on the use of digital social networks for recruitment of graduate economics candidates, and later had an article published in the trade journal Magma on the same subject.

Sofie has several years’ experience with recruitment at an operational and strategic level from MentorNorge and Academic Work, as well as HR at an international level in Yara. In addition, she has management experience herself from her time as a Store Manager in Tromsø, which she benefits from in her collaboration with the managers at Onsagers.

Sofie believes corporate culture is one of the most important factors in whether a company manages to be competitive and successful over time, and therefore her works concentrates to retain and develop the good culture at Onsagers.

Sofie has worked in Onsagers since december 2020.
