Liv-Heidi Thoresen is a European Patent Attorney and Chartered Engineer with more than 20 years of IP experience in specialist industries such as: biochemistry, biotechnology, medicine/ pharmaceutics, general organic and inorganic chemistry, process, food, water treatment and aquaculture.
She is involved in drafting and prosecuting patent applications nationally and internationally, providing client-tailored advice about patents, evaluation and handling oppositions, evaluation of risk of infringement and patent validity evaluation. She is also a client counsellor and representative in legal patent disputes concerning infringement and validity.
