Christiin is an IP Attorney specializing in trademarks, counterfeiting and unfair competition matters. She has wide international experience working with many leading, innovative international companies as well through international studies. Christiin enjoys working closely with her clients, being an active counselor and sparring partner, with an emphasis on tailor-made advice and strategy.
Key Experience
Christiin’s work is focused on protecting and managing IP rights, and includes general and strategic trademark counseling, developing and implementing trademark protection strategies, clearance, filing, enforcement and prosecution, unfair competition issues, counterfeiting and adjacent areas.
She also brings valuable experience from her former role as Head of Legal at NIPO, the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (aka Norwegian Patent Office), and from representing Norway in forums such as WIPO, the EPO and Nordic Baltic Committees in both trademarks and patents.
