Christian Rackur is a mechanical engineer, German and European patent attorney.
Prior to joining Onsagers, Christian worked at Maiwald since 2007 and joined a spin-off of Maiwald in early 2016. He has extensive experience in patent prosecution, including handling large patent portfolios, drafting patent applications at a very high rate, lead coordination of complex patent families, efficient handling of Examination proceedings, oppositions, freedom-to-operate analyses and personal counselling in all areas of patent law.
Christian studied mechanical engineering at the Technical Universities of Braunschweig and Hamburg, specializing in aircraft systems engineering. After his studies, he worked at Monash University in Clayton (Melbourne), Australia, and at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Braunschweig. At DLR he focused on linear and non-linear flight simulation and the design and testing of experimental aircraft. He has been actively involved in various EU projects on the design and certification of unmanned aerial vehicles for operation in civil airspace.
Christian has worked in Onsagers since January 2023.
