Anne Johnsen is a European Patent Attorney with more than 15 years practice in international and Norwegian patent preparation and prosecution, validity and infringement opinions. She was formerly an Examiner at The Norwegian Industrial Property Office (NIPO).

Today, her counseling work includes preparation and handling of Patent Opposition and Patent Appeal cases. She also has experience of conducting Infringement Analysis and Freedom-to-Operate evaluations, as well as assessing other counter parties patent rights.

Key Experience

Anne’s extensive experience counseling client companies ranging in size from SME to global multinationals means she is adept at customizing services to meet their often very different needs.

She has particularly deep experience in offshore energy and mechanical industries, and acts as Coordinator for Onsagers specialists serving these sectors. Anne also has various related technical experience in aquaculture, construction and renewable energy sectors.
