Martha is an Attorney-at-Law and IP adviser and has worked extensively within the intellectual property law, with experience from securing and enforcing all intellectual property rights, conflict resolution, intervention cases, competition law issues, applications, IP strategy and litigation.

She has worked closely on profiled brands, which has led to a practice of actively using IP rights, which among other things. includes enforcement, customs seizure, border control and intervention assessments.

Martha helps with the establishment of rights and knows how to use them when there is a need to enforce and to ensure room for maneuver.
