Hallvar is a lawyer with experience from different areas of law, such as labor law and company law. He is now working specifically with trademark and design protection and other intellectual property issues. He assists clients with IPC and enforces IP, and works primarily with cases of intervention, preparation of applications and agreements, advice on strategic use of IPR, and the execution of litigation.
Hallvar is looking at intellectual property rights as a tool for safeguarding clients’ rights and interests in the market. He is a consultant and sparring partner who quickly acquires insight into the client’s market situation, and provides commercially oriented advice. Hallvar finds the possibilities and playroom the legislation provides to achieve a successful result. He looks at the role of intellectual property rights and client needs in a comprehensive way, and is committed to identifying important issues and finding the best solutions for the company.
His work is also based on drawing up cooperation agreements, employment contracts and confidentiality agreements (NDA), in addition, he is working on temporary delays and other matters related to the Marketing Act.
The special areas of Hallvar are: renewable energy, chemistry / industry and mechanical industry.
From previous jobs, he has experience with labor law, company law, due diligence evaluations as well as legal and extrajudicial negotiations.
