Anders is an attorney with specialization in patent trademark and design protection. His main focus is on assisting clients with IP and IP enforcement, including handling cases, preparing applications, licensing agreements, resolving conflicts, developing IP strategies and bringing legal proceedings.

Anders also handles work contracts, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), employee incidents and cooperation agreements, as well as cases of pirate, temporary ban, customs confiscation and destruction of goods.

Anders’s clients are Norwegian and international, and he likes to work closely with clients as an active adviser and discussion partner, in addition he is available and responds quickly to inquiries. He is committed to adapting clients’ IP portfolios in line with their strategic goals, ensuring that the IP budget is used cost-effectively and achieves the desired commercial impact in the market. Anders has extensive experience in assisting Norwegian growth companies that will secure a position internationally.

Anders also holds IPR-workshops and programs for clients about how IPR can be used to raise the company’s competitive edge. Other areas within the IPR space Anders offers is IP due diligence evaluations and portfolio audit.

Anders has gained extensive experience with procedures in both district courts and Court of Appeals as well as extensive experience with counseling and conflict resolution. Through his work on the Oslo Red Cross, he has also seen the economic aspects of strategic decisions from the client side.
