Andreas has extensive experience in IP management and IP consultancy, and holds degrees in Physics and Intellectual Property Law and Management.
Andreas advices on IP Management and IP strategy. He advises on strategic application of Intellectual Property in product and service development, as well as strategic protection of technology, and how companies can use IP in a commercial context and as a tool to reinforce their existing business strategy.
Andreas’ IP management experience includes in-house IP management positions ranging from startups to large international corporations. He has through the experience good knowledge in most aspects of IP, such as setting up IP management systems to identify new ideas and technologies developed in the company, routines for communication with external advisers, preparation for court cases, and handling Due-Diligence processes with large OEMs. He is also experienced in assessment of the infringement risk and advises on patent enforcement. He can thus adapt his services to meet different needs and frameworks.
Andreas has worked as a research scientist and hardware, firmware and software developer. He has gained experience from a wide range of technical fields, such as artificial intelligence, sensors, electronics, semiconductors, micro- and nano-systems, particle physics, biometrics, robotics, automatisation, telecommunications, interaction technology, video conferencing and codecs, audio, as well as computers and software in general.
