Adiamir is a European Patent Attorney with comprehensive educational background within the field of Engineering Physics and more than 15 years of working experience in the field of IPR, primarily focusing on patents. He drafts/prosecutes patent applications and litigates patents in Norway, Europe and elsewhere.

Over the years, Adiamir has acquired significant experience from a long range of technical fields, for instance hearing aids, oil and gas, fuel/photovoltaic cells and valve technology. Currently, he focuses on the field of industrial automation, more specifically autonomous systems for the storage and retrieval of goods. Adiamir has previously worked with large multinational companies, SMEs as well as start-ups, so that he can tailor his advice to match the clients’ individual needs and expectations.

Adiamir also performs IP due diligence evaluations (audits to assess the quality of intellectual property assets, typically patents, owned by a company). He also has significant experience in performing Freedom-to-Operate analyses (establishing whether a commercial product may be brought to market without infringing another party’s patents).

Adiamir is European Patent Attorney (EPA) since 2015 and may represent clients before the European Patent Office.
